1 Boiled potatoes 400 gm       1 Peel the boiled potatoes and grate. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
2 Nutmeg  0.5 gm       2 Divide into equal sizes (8 pieces). Shape into pear size.
3 Egg 1       3 Pass through flour, dip in beaten eggs and dredge in fresh bread crumbs.
4 Flour  50 gm       4 Fix 1" long boiled spaghetti on top of the pear.
5 Bread crumbs  50 gm       5 Shake off the excess crumb and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown in colour.
6 Fat for frying (50 ml absrp) 500 ml
