1 Carrots  300 gm       1 Wash, peel and cut carrots into roundels and par-boil.
2 Green peas - shelled 100 gm       2 Blanch the green peas and refresh in cold water.
3 Butter  10 gm       3 Melt the butter in a pan. Add carrot and green peas.
4 Salt  2 gm        4 Add seasoning; and glaze with honey or sugar. Serve while hot.
5 Pepper  1 gm
