Heat 30 gm of ghee in a kadhai, add gramflour and stir over medium heat for 1 minute. Then add the ground dal and stir continuously for 30 minutes adding the remaining ghee gradually . Now add the cardamom powder, stir, add the syrup and cook for 5 minute. emove and keep until warm. Add khoya, cashewnuts and raisins, mix well. | ||||||||||||||
