S/N Method :
1 Chana dal 500 gm       1 Cook dal with 4-5 cups of water till soft.
2 Ghee 25 gm       2 Heat ghee in a Pan and season with cumin seeds, cardamon, cinnamon and 
3 Cumin seeds  2 gm       3 bay leaf
4 Cardamom  2 gm       4 Add red chilies and coconut pieces. Fry till coconut is light brown. 
5 Cinnamon  2 gm       5 Lower the flame, add all the powder and add this mixture to the dal. Add salt
6 Bay leaves 2 gm       6 and sugar and water if necessary.
  Red chillies  5 gm       7 simmer for five minutes and switch off. Serve hot.
