1 Maize flour  450 gm       1 Sieve the flour and salt. Add water and prepare a stiff dough.
2 Salt  5 gm       2 Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and flatten into round disk either in hand 
3 Water  300 gm         or by rolling pin
4 Butter  30 gm       3 Place on a well-greased hot tawa, cook on both sides over a slow fire. Smear
