This is chef Ashish, trying to create a platform for all the budding chefs who are in their graduation journey in culinary schools, those who have a passion to stand hold themselves into the severe & hard situations in the kitchens at the very start of their career which undoubtedly leads everyone to a successful & bright future.
My blog will a mentor to the aspirant learners for different cooking techniques, methods & special tips. Along with this the practicality & theoretical aspect to the kitchen techniques will be covered in a well explanatory way.
