1 Potatoes - even sized 600 gm       1 Wash, peel and rewash the potatoes.
2 Butter  20 gm       2 Cut or turn into even-sized pieces allowing 3-4 pieces per portion.
3 Salt 2 gm       3 Cook carefully in lightly salted water for approximately 20 minutes. Drain well.
4 Pepper  1 gm       4 Heat butter, saute potatoes, sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
5 Chopped parsley 2 gm       5 Serve as an accompaniment with main course.
