1 Potatoes  500 gm       1 Boil potatoes, peel and cut into roundels.
2 Onions  115 gm       2 Slice onions and fry till golden brown. Remove.
3 Parsley  a few       3 Toss potatoes in fat. Add onions and seasonings, mix well.
4 Salt and pepper         4 Remove and serve hot garnished with chopped parsley.
5 Butter  30 gm
